The largest sacristy is where the Archbishop and his assistant ministers vest for pontifical functions. All the original furnishings (presses, cupboards, tables, etc.) were designed by Wardell. Seven portraits of former Archbishops hang on the wall and a portrait of the current Archbishop, Most Reverend Denis J. Hart D.D. hangs on the wall there too.

The priest’s sacristy is regularly in use by the clergy as they prepare for daily Mass. The walls of the sacristy are hung with the paintings brought back from overseas by Bishop Goold.

The third sacristy is the same size as the priest’s sacristy. It has been equipped to provide for both the server’s sacristy and a work area where the vases, candlesticks, sanctuary oil and other liturgical items are stored.
