|
The Sacrament of Adult Confirmation at St Patrick’s Cathedral takes place twice a year at Pentecost and again in the
latter part of the year at the 11am Solemn Mass.
Adult Confirmation Candidates must be prepared by their local parish

of their preparation.
It is not necessary for adults to be confirmed to be married in the Catholic Church.
This year Adult Confirmation will take place on Sunday 23 May - Pentecost Sunday, and Sunday 14 November. On the Thursday evening prior we ask candidates to present themselves at the Cardinal Knox Centre to enrol. Each candidate should bring their white card or a letter from the priest who prepared them. The evening commences at 7.30pm.
